    As a woman going through perimenopause, I find your well-woman yoga class not only helps to alleviate any stress I’m going through but also leaves me feeling lighter and calmer and much more grounded in my body. This is so helpful to me right now when the symptom of perimenopause create such fluctuations and change daily that it’s easy to feel disconnected. Your class helps to bring me back to myself each week. I’m not sure what I’d do without it. Thank you
