Hi I'm Julia!

Mystic. Teacher. Mentor. Yogini.

I walk the path of the modern mystic, where ancient lineages, and embodied soul work meet the lived beauty and complexity of being a woman in these extraordinary times.

Mine is a life shaped by nature’s rhythms, steeped in devotion, and guided by the sacred feminine in all her forms.

My journey in the healing arts began in 1994, when I first trained as a holistic therapist. That was the beginning of a life devoted to healing, presence, and transformation. Since then, I’ve trained extensively in a wide range of modalities, from massage and bodywork to energy healing, spiritual mentorship, ancestral healing, and sacred circle facilitation. I’ve spent over three decades guiding women through profound thresholds, rites of passage of body, heart, and soul.

I hold certifications and deep training in the following areas: Yoga and Meditation Teacher & Trainer and Holistic Therapist, Mindset and Wellbeing Coach, Certified NLP Coach and Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Timeline Therapy™ Practitioner, Ayurvedic Therapist, Modern Medicine Woman and Shamanic Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Face Yoga Teacher & Trainer and Reiki Master.

From the sanctuary of my London yurt to the forests of Southern France, from the rose-lined caves of the Magdalene to the snow-dusted Himalayan foothills, each step of my path has been anchored in devotion. I believe sacredness is not reserved for temples, it lives in breath, ritual, and the quiet moments of daily life.

I am the founder of the Mystery School of the Mystic ~ a living temple for those called to the spiral path of inner initiation. This is not a school in the traditional sense, but a sanctuary of remembrance. Through seasonal transmissions, rose rituals, devotional pilgrimages, embodied practices, and intimate 1:1 soul guidance, I support women who are ready to live in resonance with their deeper knowing, guided by the Divine Feminine, the ancient goddesses, and the ancestral line.

I walk with soul-led women, seekers, wisdom keepers, intuitive creatives, circle tenders, and empowered feminine leaders, women who may not use the word priestess, yet feel the whisper of something ancient stirring in their bones.

My lineage is both eclectic and intentional, rooted in the sacred teachings of Mary Magdalene, Sophia, and the Rose, shaped by yoga and meditation trainings in India, deepened by Urban Priestess initiation and Earth Medicine Shamanism, and guided by the womb, the breath, and the body as portals of feminine knowing. I honour the land, the ancestors, and the unseen, the subtle threads that weave through all that I offer.

More than any method or map, I am devoted to presence. To listening deeply. To meeting each woman where she truly is, with softness, spaciousness, and the unwavering trust that her soul already knows the way.

This is a return to essence, a life lived in rhythm with the divine.

Welcome to The Spiral

Walking the Spiral

From Yurt to Temple • From Flame to Devotion

The path I walk has never been linear. It has spiralled ~ inward and outward, above and below. A journey not of destination, but of deepening. Of learning to trust the quiet. To honour the thresholds. To see the divine in what was once dismissed as ordinary.

In 2020, I was living and teaching on an advanced yoga teacher training in an ashram in India, on the banks of Ganga Ma, when the world paused. There, in the stillness, something ancient stirred within me. A deeper calling. A knowing that the temple I sought had always lived within.

That stillness seeded a revelation, one that tethered my daily sādhanā to both the Earth and the celestial.

When I returned to London a few months later, my garden yurt, once a space for practice and teaching, had become something else entirely. A virtual sanctum. A hearth for feminine wisdom. A global container where the sacred became everyday. Women gathered from all corners of the world, and the spiral deepened.

It was here that the Wild Woman Wheel of the Year  started, and from its rhythm, the Mystery School of the Mystic began to pulse.

A living sanctuary. A spiral of awakening. A place that welcomes women with full hearts, questions in their bones, and an ache to reunite with the ancient pulse of life itself.

I have walked the pilgrimage paths for many years now, from the mist-veiled hills of Avalon to the rose-strewn grotto of Sainte-Baume. I’ve offered teachings in city circles and mountain retreats. I’ve sat in silence. Held the trembling. Poured rose oil into waiting palms. Spoken the names of forgotten grandmothers.

And again and again, I have witnessed what awakens when a woman comes home to her centre.

This is the spiral I walk.

And it is my honour to walk beside you.

What I Believe

I believe the body is a living temple, a vessel of wisdom and devotion, experienced through every breath and sensation.

I believe our emotions are portals, our wounds teachers, our longings maps that guide us home.

I believe in the power of slowness, and in the sacred intelligence that speaks through silence.

I believe the Earth is a part of us, and we are an expression of her living body.

I believe in the remembrance of what has been forgotten, in the reclaiming of what was silenced, and in the rising of the feminine to restore harmony and grace.

I believe healing is a homecoming a return through softness, listening, and trust.

I believe the path is spiral, ever deepening, ever returning, each threshold an invitation to expand.

I believe in soul, in lineage, and in the unseen. In rose petals, firelight, and the sound of a woman remembering who she is.

I believe the divine infuses the ordinary, and that devotion is a way of being.

And I believe that what we most long for already lives within us.

A Living Lineage

Rooted in the Rose, the Womb, and the Temple Within

I walk a living lineage, one revealed through daily practice, breath, dream, prayer, and pilgrimage. It is a path of gnosis, a knowing born not from study, but from direct experience, woven through the body and the soul. It lives in my body, whispered through my bones, and carried in the rhythm of my devotion.

My path flows through the ancient currents of Mary Magdalene and the Sisterhood of the Rose, through the luminous presence of Sophia, and through the sacred remembering of the Womb as a vessel of creation, intuition, and power.

I honour the golden threads of the Rose Lineage, where love transforms, truth becomes embodied, and the path unfolds through devotion.

I have sat within living traditions and trained in sacred lineages: yoga, meditation, and sound vibration in the Himalayan foothills; Earth Medicine Shamanism; Urban Priestess rites; ancestral healing; womb work; and the subtle body teachings of the feminine.

Each thread has shaped me, yet it is the land, the circle, the breath, and the silence that remain my most faithful guides.

The forests, springs, and grottos of France, the mists of Avalon, the salt winds of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, each has whispered teachings beyond words.

I have anointed in the Magdalene caves, wept before the Black Madonna’s altar, and poured prayers and moon blood into the soil of my own lineage.

These are more than stories, they are living experiences that breathe through me.

I honour the temple within, a living presence expressed through breath, body, and truth. Every woman who enters this work carries her own key, her own rhythm, her own rose.

This lineage is a tapestry of remembrance, a way of walking with reverence, listening with devotion, and allowing the sacred to reveal itself through the everyday.

These are the threads I offer, invitations to awaken your own sacred knowing.

Why I Created This Temple

A Sanctuary for the Sacred in Everyday Life

I created this online temple space as a living altar to the Mystery.

This offering, this space, was born from the ache I felt in the women I sat beside, a yearning for rhythm, reverence, and somewhere to land when the outer world grew loud.

It is a response to a deeper call. A remembering, a spiral path where women can arrive as they are. A space where lighting a candle, placing a hand on the heart, or whispering your own name becomes sacred again.

The Mystery School of the Mystic unfolded organically. Rooted in seasons, shaped by pilgrimage, alive with transmission. Each circle, each teaching, each offering has been a prayer, whispered in alignment with something far older than strategy.

I created this temple so the sacred may be woven into daily life, where the body becomes a prayer, silence is honoured, and the spiral reveals itself as teacher.

This is for the woman who feels the call, even if she cannot yet name it.
For those carrying ancient seeds in their bones.
For the quiet initiates of the everyday sacred.

I created this temple because sacredness is not a place we visit, it is a rhythm we return to, again and again, until it becomes the way we live.
