The Morning Spiral

A living rhythm of feminine embodiment and sacred devotion.

Each morning we honour the altar of the body, where practice becomes ritual, and life itself becomes ceremony.

Morning Spirals is a shared devotional rhythm, offering a steady anchor to begin the day. It steadies the body, softens the mind, and opens the heart to intention and presence, meeting you exactly where you are.

Each Spiral unfolds over the course of a month, guided by a central theme drawn from The Mandala of Wisdom and the rhythm of the seasons. Through breath, movement, and meditation, practice deepens week by week, taking root through rhythm and embodied attention.

This is a living ritual.

Together we call in the directions, honouring the elements, the ancestors, and the lands that hold us. We attune to the rhythm of the Earth, the cycles of the moon, and the subtle influences of the stars and cosmic tides.

Sound is also our medicine. Through chanting and toning, we honour the sacred voice, weaving ancient frequencies from the Celtic and Sanskrit lineages with crystalline tones that awaken remembrance within every cell. The voice becomes vibration, and vibration becomes prayer.

Each session begins with simple ceremony, lighting a candle, setting an intention, drawing an oracle card, and listening to the breath, before spiralling through yoga, pranayama, sound, and meditation. These practices support your nervous system, balance your energy, and invite you to meet the day from a place of grounded alignment.

Meditation opens the still point within, aligning awareness with the sacred intelligence of life. Breath becomes prayer; movement becomes devotion. What unfolds on the mat ripples outward, shaping the way you listen, speak, and move through the world.

Our circle is global, a living network of women gathering in shared rhythm and reverence. Between sessions, our WhatsApp sanctuary offers inspiration, reflection, and connection, a reminder that you are held in community, supported on your path, and you are never alone.

Whether you join live or practice in your own time, Morning Spirals offers a sacred rhythm for daily life, a return to steadiness, intention, and the quiet joy of being.

Yoga at Shrewsbury House

An embodied return to presence, community, and sacred rhythm

I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009, and Shrewsbury House has become a cherished home for this work, a place where I’ve hosted weekly classes, workshops, retreats, yoga teacher trainings, and guest teachers from around the world.

This beautiful house in Greenwich has held a living community of practice, a space where breath deepens, awareness expands, and the sacred becomes woven into everyday life.

These classes weave yoga, meditation, and sound healing into a rhythm of presence, balance, and renewal. Each gathering invites you to come home to your body and your breath, to move with awareness, and to rest deeply.

Tuesday: Akhanda Yoga & Gong Healing

7:00 - 8:30 pm

Rooted in the Himalayan tradition, Akhanda Yoga offers a complete practice of movement, breath, mantra, and meditation. This traditional hatha-inspired class is open to all, blending mindful alignment, pranayama, and deep relaxation with the healing resonance of the gong.

A space to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and return to inner harmony.

Thursday: Well Woman Yoga, Cacao & Gong

7:30 - 9:30 pm

A nourishing space for women to rest, realign, and reconnect with their inner rhythm.

This evening circle weaves embodied yoga rooted in the wisdom of the womb, restorative postures, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance.

We move with intention, open the heart with ceremonial cacao, and close with the harmonic resonance of the gong, allowing the body to release, receive, and renew.

Inclusive and supportive, this practice honours women in every life stage, celebrating the intelligence of the body, the cyclical nature of being, and the quiet power of rest.
