I have been going to these retreats from Sweden for a few years now, it’s like a reset, a body, mind a spirit practise that will leave you feeling, positive, refreshed, energised and full of life force! But don’t think the magic will stop there, it will continue throughout the year! and you will be given tools to use for a lifetime.
