As we gather at the threshold of Beltane, we turn towards the living fire within, the fire of vitality, creativity, desire and sacred purpose. This is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and enter a space where the body can soften, the heart can open and your inner voice can be heard more clearly.
Held by the elemental beauty of the land, we will work with earth, water, air and fire through yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement and guided ritual. There will be time for sacred conversation, journalling, rest and quiet communion with the sea and the surrounding landscape.
Together, we will explore what restores your vitality, what awakens your creativity and what is ready to be expressed through you. Around the shared hearth of the feminine, we will honour the wisdom of the circle and the unique flame carried by every woman.
Our time together will include embodied morning practices, nourishing seasonal food, sacred ceremony, sound, drumming and spacious time to simply be. We will gather around the fire beneath the evening sky, releasing what has completed and blessing what is beginning to take form.
This is a retreat of renewal, expression and return, a place to replenish your inner resources, root more deeply in your own wisdom and carry your flame into the next chapter of your life.

A sacred pilgrimage through Southern France, following the pathways of Magdalene and the Black Madonna across ancient sanctuaries, mountain caves and landscapes of devotion.

From Marseille, we travel to Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, where we will stay as we visit the basilica, Magdalene’s crypt and the sacred cave of Sainte-Baume. We then continue to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, where the stories of the holy women and Sara-la-Kali meet the wild shores of the Camargue.
Our pilgrimage carries us onwards into the mystical lands of the Languedoc, where we will make our home in Alet-les-Bains. From here, we explore Rennes-le-Château and the sacred waters of Rennes-les-Bains, journeying to the Fontaine d’Amour and the ancient stone known as the Throne of Isis—places where water, earth and mystery converge.
We will also travel to Montségur, the mountain citadel whose landscape holds stories of devotion, courage and spiritual freedom. Along the way, we encounter sacred Black Madonna sites and listen for the deeper wisdom woven through the land.
Through prayer, meditation, ritual and sacred companionship, this journey becomes more than a passage through holy places. We deepen our relationship with the sacred feminine and encounter Magdalene as a living presence whose teachings continue to speak across time.

At Samhain, the wheel turns towards the darkening half of the year. The earth draws her energy inward, inviting us to pause, listen and honour the deeper currents moving through our lives.
Gathered around the ancestral hearth, we will create sacred space to honour those who walked before us and tend the patterns carried through our lineages.
Through embodied practice, guided meditation, ancestral healing and ritual, we will meet what is ready to be released, restored or returned to its rightful place. We will listen for the wisdom of the well and wise ancestors and receive the blessings that continue to travel through the bloodline.
Our day will include:
- An opening Samhain circle
- Seasonal yoga and embodied practice
- Guided ancestral meditation and healing
- Drumming
- The creation of a shared ancestral altar
- Soulful inquiry and journalling
- Ritual for release, gratitude and blessing
- A nourishing vegetarian lunch and refreshments
- An outdoor fire ceremony, weather permitting
- A closing blessing for the winter threshold
You are invited to bring a photograph or small object representing an ancestor, beloved or lineage you wish to honour.
Investment: £65
This includes the full day of teachings, healing practices, rituals and ceremony, together with refreshments and a nourishing vegetarian lunch.
Places are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the circle.
