My offering is a highly customised program tailored to your needs and desires. The power of having a coach accelerates your journey in a fraction of time, allowing you to focus on your area of genius rather than being consumed about where to begin and how to figure things out.
I work with clients for a minimum of eight sessions, over 8-12 weeks. Allowing us to create a trusted relationship, significant change, transformation, and breakthroughs cannot happen in just one session.

- Questionnaires are emailed, and then you will return them before our first session, so I have an understanding of your current state of balance ... physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; I will also email you an Ayurvedic Dosha form.
- Session 1 is a 90 minute Dharma Session designed to create clarity for our co-creative journey.
- Sessions 2-8 will be 75 minutes; we will meet weekly or bi-weekly.
- Each session begins with a guided meditation and breathwork, allowing you to start feeling grounded, connected and calm.
- I will curate a personalised practice to support your vision
