    I have sat in all the 21 day yoga and meditations since Julia returned from India. I cannot tell you how powerful this Spiral of Alchemy is as you would need to join in the circle and experience it yourself.
    Julia is one of the most amazing people I have met and I am so pleased our paths crossed in India many moons ago. She is an inspiration, she is guided by angels and many others and shares her knowledge with abundance. I have never known anyone more generous with their time, wisdom or knowledge helping everyone who is open to her guidance.

    I have been attending Julia’s online yoga and meditation classes for at least 5 months now and feel as if I’m on a retreat. I’ve now got a dedicated meditation practice and am moving my body everyday! Julia has helped me to have a deeper understanding of yoga and meditation so that I can totally integrate this into my life and to my practice. It’s the first thing I do when I wake up because I want and need to. Julia teaches in such a beautiful, caring and informative way. It’s so much more than meditation and yoga.
