Shamanic Healing & Guidance sessions are deeply connected to ancient and contemporary shamanic teachings I have been privileged to receive over many years of study and practice, including my own sacred journey whilst walking this path of wisdom, healing and beauty.
As a practitioner my style is unique, combining elemental shamanic work with a deep knowledge of the physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Acquired during the last 30 years working as a healing arts practitioner, ayurvedic & holistic therapist, yoga and meditation teacher and luminary.

Last week I experienced the Akashic Records journey. Today, I have been blown away by the depth of this practice. We made two Shamanic Journeys, one to discover my Spirit Animal and one to connect with my Spirit Guide. The messages and insights were profound. I didn’t realise this was possible.
