Face Yoga, Rejuvenation & Well Being is a daily practice of stimulating the 57 muscles of the face, neck and skull. Designed to combat ageing … toning and plumping the skin, sculpting the jawline, brightening the eyes, and relaxing the face muscles, leaving the skin looking healthy and radiant. Through facial exercises, rejuvenation and massage, manual lymphatic drainage, facial acupressure & marma points, breath work, emotional freedom technique, positive affirmations and healthy lifestyle tips.

The skin consists of three layers: the epidermis, the dermis and the subcutaneous tissue.

The epidermis is the outer layer of skin exposed to the world. It undergoes constant cell renewal, producing a whole new skin layer every 4 – 6 weeks … 28 – 42 days. Cellular renewal slows down during the ageing process.

Face Yoga can have a positive effect on your whole complexion.

    Face Yoga Teacher Training & Online Classes – I was assigned Julia as my super trainer, and as she was one of the first and has been on the journey with Danielle for so long, I was very pleased. Julia recommended I sign up for the daily face yoga classes she offers, and they have been so helpful in learning what a routine can look like, how to mix techniques, how to develop a routine, go from one technique to the other, etc.; it’s been invaluable information. Julia offers a lot more alongside the face yoga like using sound, tapping and working inside the mouth something i’ve never done before, I feel i’ve learned alot, as well as having really enjoyed every class, feeling relaxed for the rest of my day. She also has such a great relationship with her ‘live’ Zoom class attendees, and it’s been a pleasure to be a part of it. Thank you, Julia!

    Hello dear Julia!

    I wanted to share with you the power of today’s face yoga class. It was amazing!! When we formed the circle I felt so much energy enter my lower arms. The circling of the energy that began with you went straight to my neck which has been bothering me quite a bit. Then the power of the bhramari breath, oh my gosh! So amazing that the power of a circle that I was present for later in the day via a recording and on a different continent shows the connection we have as women.
    Thank you for the teaching and the sharing of your wisdom. You never cease to amaze me.
