Description

Face Yoga 28 day challenge is a daily practice of stimulating the 57 muscles of the face, neck and skull. Designed to combat ageing … toning and plumping the skin, sculpting the jaw line, brightening the eyes, while also relaxing the muscles of the face, leaving the skin looking healthy and radiant. Through facial exercises, face massage, facial pressure points, breath work, positive affirmations and healthy lifestyle tips.

The skin consists of three layers: the epidermis, the dermis and the subcutaneous tissue.

The epidermis is the outer layer of skin which we expose to the world. It undergoes constant cell renewal, producing a whole new layer of skin every 4 – 6 weeks … 28 – 42 days. The cellular renewal slows down during the ageing process. Face Yoga can have a positive effect on your whole complexion.

    This course was a birthday gift from my sister – what a treat it has been! I so recommend this course which is sooo much more than face yoga with massage, pressure points, manual lymphatic drainage and much more! I loved the sunday workshops making our own masks and scrubs etc. I shall be following up this course with further ones and recommending friends and family too!

As I live in Australia, I complete these classes in the evening and find it a great way to relax and unwind after my day is done.     Julia is offering daily face yoga classes since the beginning of the pandemic. To be honest I wasn’t convinced that it would improve my skin tone, plump my cheeks, etc. I have pigmentation on both sides of my face and I am very concious about it. I have tried so many creams and serums but nothing worked. After 3 months of face yoga, the pigmentation started to disappear and my face is toned! simply wonderful

    I have had bells palsy and never fully recovered I started because I haven’t been able to go for treatment since March. Facial yoga has really helped Julia is amazing and gave me lots of tips I love sundari Sunday learnt so much. I will do it again.
