This has turned into an ‘epic’ post, which is why finding my coaching niche was quite a task! I will begin by sharing an absolute gem; consistency builds sustainability; this is why you hear people talking about a practice and a journey instead of a destination!
Many people have recently asked me about my spiritual coaching, holistic healing and yoga and face yoga teaching journey. So here is an overview of the last 30 years, how I got to be where I am today and why I do what I do.
As you read this information, what I love the most are the things that are difficult to articulate, the magic of divine guidance, spontaneous combinations that flow together so beautifully with grace and healing, and the ability to efficiently reach the root cause of problems and effectively, release and heal them.

My facial journey has been an absolute joy; for nearly 20 years, I have specialised in a uniquely relaxing and natural way to maintain a healthy, toned complexion, youthful, unmistakable glow and a sculpted jawline! How did the online offering begin?
I began to share daily online Face Yoga, Rejuvenation & Well Being journey nearly 3 years ago when I returned from India into ‘lockdown’.
I absolutely love that over time, we have spanned the globe from Hawaii to Japan!!!
What can you expect to experience?
Face Yoga, Rejuvenation & Well Being is a daily practice of stimulating the 57 muscles of the face, neck and skull. Designed to combat ageing, our primary goal is to tone, lift and plump the skin, sculpt the jawline, brighten the eyes, and relax the face muscles, leaving the skin looking healthy, glowing and radiant. Through facial exercises, rejuvenation and massage, manual lymphatic drainage, facial acupressure & marma points, breath work, emotional freedom technique, positive affirmations and healthy lifestyle tips.
The skin consists of three layers: the epidermis, the dermis and the hypodermis. There are 57 muscles and 22 bones in the face and head. The epidermis is the outer layer of skin exposed to the world. It undergoes constant cell renewal, producing a whole new skin layer every 4 – 6 weeks … 28 – 42 days. However, cellular renewal slows down during the ageing process, BUT our combination of techniques increases cellular rejuvenation.
