Herstory, my history …
I am frequently asked about my journey, both as a teacher and a therapist and how I find balance in all that I do, along with my home life and family.
Mine is not a path that I have walked alone.
Since 1994, by my side has walked Andrew ~ my life companion, husband, father of our beautiful children, deep well of love, unwavering support and my honest sounding board….
Together we have envisioned, encouraged and enhanced each other's careers, successes and dreams!
Furthermore, on a daily basis, it is my clients, students, friends, and teachers who encourage me to keep leaning into the light, to tap into the Ultimate Source of healing and love, for the greater good ~ of all beings.
Here is my path…
I stepped into the role of a Healing Arts Practitioner in my mid 20's.
While living in Texas, USA in the early '90s, I discovered the work of Louise Hay, author of many books including "You Can Heal Your Life." Her work had a profound impact upon me. She teaches us that "We create our own reality!" What we think ~ we create, what we think ~ we become. Firstly, we need to decide exactly what it is that we wish to create, and then we open ourselves up to the possibility of wonder.
As you can see from what is listed below, this is how I began to weave my dreams into my reality. Bean by bean, the bag becomes full and this is how I have become the version of "me" you see today.
From Student to Teacher to Coach and Mentor
In 2008, when I attended the seven-day teaching of "Seduction of Spirit" with Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Simon, and Davidji, I entered into the realms of higher consciousness, and a deep paradigm shift occurred within me. Transformation is a one-way street, and there is no turning back after we have experienced a true moment of alchemy!
Now, I'm here to guide you on the journey of finding and pursuing your life's true calling.
I create a space for you to unravel your thoughts, uncover your specific strengths, identify your true purpose, and courageously step into a life aligned with your core values and soul destiny.
My approach is comprehensive and integrated, blending mind, body, and spirit with elements of strategy, spirituality, and psychology. I encourage you to discover your calling in life.
As a natural intuitive and attentive listener, I've fused my innate skills over three decades, this unique blend allows me to support you in expanding beyond your limits and breaking free from self-made beliefs that might be holding you back from achieving your dreams.
Every achievement in my life has come from small acts of bravery, whether it was putting myself out there or admitting I needed help. Living our purpose requires bravery.
